Pret a Manger is launching a fresh new menu for summer, with a range of ingredients never before seen at Pret like green mangoes and yuzu, as well as the return of some old favourites. The new menu, packed with tropical and Southeast Asian flavours, is available from now throughout the summer months.

Exciting entries on the new menu include the Thai blue swimmer crab and egg salad ($69), which sees succulent crab paired with green mango, cherry tomatoes, mixed sesame, and eggs in a filling salad bowl, and the Italian pesto prawn salad wrap ($46), which is a healthy bite for those on the go.

For bread lovers, Pret A Manger is also debuting a new range of open-face, gluten-free sandwiches to their roster, including Scottish smoked salmon and cream cheese ($45), and the vegan-friendly smashed avocado ($42)

With temperatures on the rise, you might want something to wash all these new eats down with, and that's why Pret introduces a range of summer drinks, with the Yuzu Citrus Fizz ($32) – which blends, yuzu with lemon and mint, and the white peach sparkling tea ($32), which contains white peach, blueberry, pomegranate, and English breakfast infused to make for a seriously refreshing summer drink.
