If you need any more proof that taking up yoga improves your health and lifestyle, look no further than 99-year-old Tao Porchon-Lynch, supposedly the oldest yoga teacher in the world. Lynch is in town between Tuesday 19 December and Thursday 21st leading a series of workshops at Pacific Place’s Pure Yoga focused on different techniques and sharing almost a century’s worth of wisdom.

You can sign-up to all three classes taking place during Porchon-Lynch’s three day stay or drop by individual classes including an interactive two-hour on-the-mat session. The special event is open to both Pure cardholders and non-cardholders – all you need to do is register with the studio. Best of all, all participants can enjoy 20 percent off on Pure Apparel products and discounts on Nood food too. Prices start from $700 per class and you can find all deets to the events here.
