Like The Old Man, The Sea pays homage to the life and legacy of Ernest Hemingway and his seminal novel set in Cuba, The Old Man and the Sea. Think rustic décor and serious cocktails built with some of the most inventive techniques in food and drinks today: sous-vide, fermentation, rotary evaporation and more. And continuing with the reasonable price points set by The Old Man, drinks at The Sea start at $90.

The bar has just opened its doors on Po Yan Street in Sheung Wan. Considering the success of its sister venue, which is ranked tenth on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and fifth in Asia, this is one place to put at the top of your must-visit list.
