Cocktail connoisseurs, take note – Luke Whearty of Singapore’s Operation Dagger (currently number 24 on the World’s 50 Best Bars list) is in town this month for Red Sugar’s Bartender Series. The award-winning mixologist is known for his unconventional pours, such as fermented cabbage wine and the 17/18 Cyprus Hill made from a base of fig leaf distillate and sweetened with jasmine syrup.
