1111 Ones Restaurant & Lounge

Centred around local ingredients and home-grown talents, 1111 Ones is a fine-dining, 2,400sq ft restaurant and lounge. In their latest menu, 1111 Ones collaborates with one of Hong Kong’s top local cartoonists, Jerry Cho, to pair dishes together with an accompanying illustration by Cho that depicts iconic scenery from Hong Kong. Two options will be available for customers to select, a six-course tasting menu ($1,288) and an eight-course Ones menu ($1,588) that can be paired with select wines (+$588). Quintessential Hong Kong dishes such as salted fish and eggplant are reinvented by being deep-fried and poached in a dashi broth before being topped with beetroot jelly, salmon roe, and salted fish powder sourced from Tai O. Indulgent mains include egg white drop soup with crab meat and conpoy, along with Norwegian king crab and abalone slow cooked for eight hours – and a trio of Iberico suckling pig.
