Catch 14 events, including exclusive wine dinners and lunches, tasting experiences, and sabrage rituals at Island Shangri-La, Kowloon Shangri-La, and Kerry Hotel. Curated by Shangri-La's assistant vice president and master sommelier, Yohann Jousselin and his team, the wine programme will present over 160 labels of old world and new world wines. The festival starts with the Hyde de Villaine Wine Dinner ($1,980 per person) at Petrus (Island Shangri-La) on November 22, followed by Wine Evenings at Angelini (Kowloon Shangri-La) on November 23 and 24. Other highlights include: the exquisite Petrus's 7th Anniversary Iconic Wine Dinner ($22,888 per person) on November 24, which will feature a menu by executive chef Uwe Opocensky paired with a series of premium vintages including a 1959 Château Latour, 1959 Château Haut Brion, and 1964 Château Palmer; and the Sabrage Experience at Kowloon Shangri-La's hotel lobby and Kerry Hotel's Red Sugar on November 26 and 27 where guests can order a bottle of Champagne to be opened with a sabre ($550 per sabrage).
