Time Out says

Perfect for business lunches, intimate dinners and special occasions, Amber is the restaurant to be and be seen. Thanks to chef Richard Ekkebus' vision to bring a more progressive cuisine to the forefront, Amber now benefits from an innovative menu that is not confined to labels of cuisine and instead, celebrates produce, flavour and masterful execution. A menu full of exemplary dishes such as the cold-pressed sweet Okinawan corn with Taiyouran egg yolk, seawater foam and caviar, topped with a corn tuile is simply sublime.

Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong has been celebrating its 20th anniversary and they’re wrapping up with a grand finale: a collaboration with three powerhouse restaurants from around Asia as part of a special eight-hands dinner. For one night only, chef Richard Ekkebus of Amber will be joined by chef Jungsik Yim from Jungsik in New York and Seoul, chef Yusuke Takada from La Cime in Osaka, and chef Cedric Satabin from Alain Ducasse at Morpheus in Macau.
