The first venture in Asia by renowned chef Paulo Airaudo, this new restaurant in TST's Harbour City is named after the original Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain. Since the opening of this Spanish gem back in 2017, Airaudo has done great things in London, opening Da Terra which won the culinary leader another Michelin star within a few months. With such acclaim surrounding the chef's name, this new restaurant is a very exciting prospect for our city's food and beverage scene, offering stunning cross-harbour views and cuisine made with an innovative fusion of western and eastern techniques.
