Pasta dishes and seafood are celebrated on this menu by Master Chef Roland Schuller. He reinvents Italian favourites by keeping what makes this cuisine so lovable (fresh produce, tenure skills, understanding of al dente) and adds modern elements using non-traditional ingredients.
