Horizon Plaza is turning more and more into a family destination. And now babies have their own bakery to play around in. The café is equiped with padded play area and parents can keep a watchful eye while enjoying their mochaccinos. They have 16 different cupcakes to choose from, and each comes in adult or baby sizes. $12 for two bite-sized cupcakes; $25 for regular muffin size.
