Time Out says

This store in Tsim Sha Tsui puts the focus on northern Vietnamese banh mi, which is rarely found in Hong Kong. The difference is that it’s usually less sweet than more commonly found southern variety, which makes the sandwich extra moreish. The proprietor is a Vietnamese woman Jully who has lived in Hong Kong for over a decade, and deliberately returned to her hometown to learn the soul of the banh mi from a Vietnamese master. From the rich pate made with mixed gizzards to the Vietnamese sausages and roasted meats, everything is homemade with no MSG.

Choose from four kinds of baguette buns with different fillings, or the miniature breadstick-like sandwich which only contains pate and pork floss – perfect for a snack. Their Vietnamese coffee is also great, made from coffee powder from Vietnam and slowly poured-over for hours for a rich flavour. Aside from the original black coffee with condensed milk, Banh Mi Nho also serves more newfangled variations like a salty cream-topped coffee. The small store only does takeaways, but see if you can snag a standing spot outside so you can chow down immediately.
