Time Out says
Step into this minimalist and elegant restaurant above the traffic of Wan Chai and watch your food being sliced, diced, and served up by the chefs. They have both a sashimi and teppanyaki bar, and offerings of choice raw food and steak (think silky uni and marbled Matsuzaka beef) come artfully presented. Polish everything off with an ice cold Inaniwa udon or chahan (Japanese fried rice). Early bird lunchers get 20 per cent off if they leave the table by 12.45pm on weekdays.
