Step into this minimalist and elegant restaurant above the traffic of Wan Chai and watch your food being sliced, diced, and served up by the chefs. They have both a sashimi and teppanyaki bar, and offerings of choice raw food and steak (think silky uni and marbled Matsuzaka beef) come artfully presented.
