Between Coffee, a modern Japanese-style coffee shop located in the heritage and arts centre: Tai Kwun, creates a shared space for people to step away from city life and think quietly, if only for a moment. Formerly the location for Jiangnan restaurant Old Bailey, it has since been renovated to become a 3,000sq ft coffee bar. Aiming to build a community that integrates art and culture, the cafe's well-experienced baristas use skill and top-quality coffee beans to create a series of home blended coffee, hand-brewed coffee, and specialty coffee cocktails. In addition, it offers a variety of Japanese-style cafe dishes and creative snacks, such as Japanese set meals, sandos, and pasta along with sweet bites and dessert. While enjoying the food and coffee, guests can enjoy the open-air terrace or recline on the sculptured seating designed by the local architecture studio Eskyiu.
