Blossom café moved from Sai Ying Pun to Kowloon City, and their updated location immediately gives off a sense of comfort emanating from leather chairs to their ultra-high ceiling. They specialise in five types of single-origin beans which can be served by hand-pouring, siphoning, or as espressos. Customers can also find a range of Japanese-inspired dishes here, such as truffle cabbage rice with salt-and-pepper tempeh, or soft-shelled crab with crab fried rice.
