Brewing up locally roasted and handcrafted specialty coffee, at Bluebird Coffee, you can get everything from hand-drip and syphon to cold brew to nitro coffee – nitrogen-filled to give it an even smoother texture. There’s also flavoured options to those with a sweet tooth: marshmallow, peanut butter and Nutella lattés. But the highlights are here its original coffee created by Bluebird’s own barista including the Hurricano, a Yakult-infused coffee and Tropican, a Pineapple flavoured Americano.
