Time Out says
On the surface, it's a nondescript little coffee shop in an unremarkable neighbourhood. But what makes Bowl's cafe stand out is that for a mere $40, you get the same service and quality of places that charge three times the amount. The high blue ceiling reminds you of the Mediterranean, while waiters in crisp white shirts serve up a perfect cup of borscht with piping hot garlic bread, and savoury homemade spaghetti bolognesewith al dente pasta and tasty chopped tomatoes. Throw in a freshly ground coffee, and you still get change from $50. Meal for two: around $80.
