One buffet often left off many must eat lists is CafeLagoon. It shouldn't be. One of the best seafood buffets in Hong Kong features spicy wok-fried Manila clams, braised seafood claypots, grilled eels and king prawns, and fresh raw and sushi bar. The outdoor dining area, plus cover band, makes this a destination dinner for entertaining out-of-towners (there are great sunset views) or just a pleasant Saturday evening out.
