Time Out says

Carbon, which describes itself as ‘Hong Kong’s latest lifestyle concept' debuts on the 26th floor of H Code in Central, taking up 6,200sq feet of space and offering elements of food, drink, live entertainment, culture, health and wellness. Based on an urban design with natural elements, Carbon houses a spacious and comfortable restaurant serving a menu, led by executive chef Mike Boyle (formerly of Alto and Bistecca Italian Steak House), inspired by Las Vegas steakhouses.  Feast on USDA prime pasture-raised rib eye, USDA beef tenderloin, and Carbon’s signature BBQ chicken along with equally indulgent side dishes like truffle fries or lobster mac and cheese. As for the bar, Carbon offers specialty gin cocktails, house wines, spirits, and Young Master beers. For entertainment, there is a resident DJ that plays hip hop, R&B, funk, soul, jazz, and reggae. Plus, the new venue plans to invite local and international artists to spin or play music, while the 2,600sq feet private rooftop space holds a different concept for health, wellness and cultural activities.
