Celebrating their recent launch under Singular Concepts, Bianco & Rosso teams up with their sister venue Barcode for a sneak peak of the new vermouth bar from July 14 to 16, 6pm to 12am. Joining forces with co-founder & group bar beverage director Gagan Gurung, Bianco & Rosso’s mixologist Luca Andrei and chef Ban Jee-min present a menu full of libations and sharing plates that can be expected at Bianco & Rosso’s opening this summer.
Experience refreshing cocktails such as the Frappe Di Torino with Mancino Rosso vermouth and Apfel Strudel made with Mancino Secco. Pair your cocktails with delectable dishes such as the salmon cornetto with avocado and Calabrian chilli, burrata, and summer truffle tartine.
