One of Hong Kong's toughest tables, Michelin-starred Chaat, will hold a one-night-only Anglo-Indian dinner to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's coronation on June 2. Make sure to book ahead to taste the eight-course menu featuring dishes like the Mulligatawny Soup with mint and cumin, Coronation Guinea Fowl Tikka with Kashmiri chilli, Chicken Balti with bell pepper, cumin and turmeric, and Railway Lamb Curry with potato, coconut and curry leaf.
