Chao Chao Gyoza is an affordable gyoza restaurant that originated in Japan but now has stores all over Hong Kong. This one on Amoy Street remains a local favourite for its trademark dumplings, which include onion with grated yam and wasabi sauce, and chicken a mozzarella gyoza to name but a few. The headliners, though, are the signature chao chao dumplings. Dip in sauce and much away!
