Start with the spice and choose from spicy and sour, to spicy and numb (which is very mala), and then pick from multiple types of noodles to swim in the broth. From here, select braised beef, tendons, and finally add on toppings like baby cabbage, mushrooms, and even fish balls to complete your big bowl. To top this place off, we love how the archaic, traditional Chinese shopfront makes for a cool contrast with the neon lit, pop-art strewn interior.
