The dishes are all inspired by the founders’ childhood memories and include dishes such as reimagined street snacks to Chennai curries. For sit-down dinner parties, there’s a six-course menu ($550 per person) that can feed up to 14 but if you can also opt for a canapé evening (starting from $200 per person), which accommodates up to 40 guests. There’s a $5,000 minimum spend for either option.
