This newcomer is ready to spice things up with its tradition-breaking Indian cooking and cocktails. While informed by various regional cuisines and recipes from India, the designed-to-share menu also features ingredients from other countries – as showcased by the chili honey-glazed French langoustine and pan-seared minced American duck patties – as well as globally inspired creations, such as the paneer bhurji quesadilla.
