Dim Sum Bar (CLOSED)

The name says it all, really. There are three Dim Sum Bar restaurants across the city and they are all about raising the bar when it comes to quality dim sum at affordable prices. Our favourite is the sleek Wan Chai spot that serves up a range of dishes that scream authenticity but also come with more than just a few modern twists. Get a load of pan-fried turnip cakes with dried shrimp and preserved turnip in before you hit the rice rolls with barbecued pork and chives and the har gow with bamboo shoots.
