Following the success of Ding’s Kitchen, actor-turned-celeb chef Steve Lee expands his restaurant portfolio with this venue at H Queen’s. Unlike his pricey private kitchen, Ding’s Club offers à la carte options as well as sets for dinner and lunch. The focus is still on high-end Cantonese fare though, with handcrafted dishes such as Lee’s baked beggar’s chicken and deep-fried spring rolls filled with baby oysters and sun-dried sausage.
