Ex-Ming Court head chef Tsang Chiu-king helms Dynasty Garden, a Cantonese fine-dining restaurant in Kowloon Bay. Chef Chiu-king earned Ming Court two Michelin stars and continues to dish up fine fare, using premium ingredients like wagyu beef and iberico pork. There's also a decent selection of baiju on offer, too.
