Eight Treasures

Beef brisket noodle shops are a local favourite, and Eight Treasures in Tin Hau does this iconic comfort food exceptionally well. We’re particularly fond of the Point-End Brisket Noodles ($85), with tender, slow-cooked beef paired with firm noodles and a subtly sweet broth. The menu selection is small, but they focus on a few things, and do all them very well.
