Taking its name from Sicily's famed active volcano, Etna offers a relaxed but refined cuisine focused on fresh Mediterranean produce grown in the surrounds of Mount Etna. A collaboration project between chef-turned-restaurateur Kong Wai-sing, who is behind other eateries such as Tipsy, and Executive Chef Rene Michelena, who was the opening chef at the now-closed Lily+Bloom, Etna is a modern European restaurant that offers lunch, dinner and weekend brunch in an indoor and alfresco setting.
