François Thienpont and Sam Weaver of Churton will be hosting wine dinners, pairing their fab wines with Fang Fang's modern Asian fare. Expect Bordeaux with fried soft shell crab, pinot noir with wagyu and pepper sauce or forest honey baked seabass and a chance to meet the renowned winemakers, too.
