Time Out says

You perhaps wouldn't expect to find a western-style burger joint in the back streets of Cheung Sha Wan. Sure, the brick walls, dark wooden furnishings and faux newspaper wrapping for the food screams English pub more than American burger bar, but the place's kitsch nature is part of its charm. Get past this and order a burger, and you won't be disappointed, because they are simply to die for.

The homemade beef patties are incredibly, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the chefs pair them in interesting combinations to make for truly memorable burgers. The Fast Taste Special burger ($99) is made with a wagyu beef patty, truffled fried egg and bacon, and the caramelised foie gras burger ($99) has a big slap of foie gras on top of a homemade beef patty, to delicious effect. For those looking for something other than beef, the deep-fried soft-shell crab burger ($70) with wasabi mayonnaise is a sure-fire hit.
