The popular steakhouse-slash-food store opens yet another location. This time, it’s a bi-level space in Mid-Levels, complete with a rooftop terrace. The menu includes simple dishes that rely on quality ingredients. These include things like the signature house-made chicken liver pâté, fried cheese with date jam and, of course, grilled cuts from the butcher’s counter.
