Fiamma

This Italian restaurant takes its name from the Italian word for 'flame' and is inspired by the Italian family kitchen and traditional, hearty home-cooked meals. Helmed by Italian chef Enrico Bartolini, who was born and raised in Tuscany, authentic Italian cuisine is what is on the menu here. A Mediterranean style runs throughout the restaurant's design and relaxed dining atmosphere and the dining area leads to a spacious outdoor terrace for alfresco dining at The Peak. Highlights include homemade foods, such as freshly baked bread and a variety of fresh pasta, risotto and pizza. The restaurant also offers a variety of main dishes made with fresh produce and plenty of vegetarian options too.
