Glasshouse (Tai Koo)

Gaia Group adds another outlet to its ‘House’ restaurant series. Like the IFC location, Glasshouse at Cityplaza serves creative dishes that mesh Asian and western ingredients and flavours. Take the signature Caesar salad, for example, which features soft shell crab, or the stir-fried rice noodles with beef and foie gras. The restaurant also offers several fun sharing desserts that should be especially popular with kids.
