We love a solid, hearty sandwich, and we love supporting local brands even more, so you can imagine our excitement when we heard that there's a Hong Kong-born and bread eatery that has recently opened up in Tsim Sha Tsui! Meet Hand3ag: an all-new, light-meal teppanyaki sandwich shop serving up innovative ingredients and recipes in a convenient, comfortable, and stylish setting.

The sarnies here are prepared with a special technique. First, an oil base is made with the golden ratio of margarine and olive oil and is used on a teppan grill to lightly toast the bread until it becomes crisp and golden-brown. Ingredients are then added alongside a selection of homemade secret sauce that matches perfectly with the sandwiches. The whole process takes only 15 minutes to serve hot-off-the-grill sandwiches to hungry customers.

The Continental Iron House – a fun and imaginative conception from European prison meals – is a signature must-try, while other highlights such as the Japanese-style barbecue pork ramen (inspired by yakisoba pan–hotdog buns filled with stir-fried noodles) and the Morning Sicily or even the Hella Green for vegetarians are also not to be missed. Aside from its signature teppanyaki sandwiches, Hand3ag also offers a variety of delicious homemade snacks and drinks for you to complete your indulgent meal.
