Located on Staunton Street, Hatch is a pop-up and event space that also operates as a diner and a bodega. The venue offers a dining room, perfect for hosting dinners and cocktail events, and a production and canning facilities that guests can use in testing and crafting innovative recipes and developing menus for new dining concepts. If the space is not taken up by pop-ups and events, the venue features a rotating menu of western comfort foods ranging from American to Italian and Mexican, prepared by executive chef Jaime Young. Visitors can also browse and take out various food and drink products from local and international artisans.
