Chef Leung Fai-hung, who received the Master Chef of Chinese Cuisine award in October last year, has created an a la carte menu that features modern interpretation of classical Cantonese cuisine. The menu includes braised whole South African abalone in oyster sauce and double-boiled imperial swiftlet's nest in supreme soup, all served in a beautiful modern interior. Meal for two: around $300.
