Offering Filipino inspired fusion food, Holy Gaw is a cosy neighbourhood cafe that serves up dishes unlike anywhere else we've seen in Hong Kong. Think Moo salpicao, a rendition of the Filipino beef stir-fry dish, Gaw's carbonara with chicken liver and beans, and a spicy and creamy rose prawn pasta dish, followed by ube or avocado ice cream sandwiches.
