Fish bar The thing about Fish Bar is that it has limited supplies of the freshest catches. When it runs out, it’s out, and that’s kinda how we like it. Peak Lookout A Hong Kong treasure, this restaurant almost went out of business a few years ago due to exorbitant rent. But we’re glad they’ve sorted that out now; we’re also appreciative for their excellent raw bar, and its large selection of oysters, clams and lobster.
