The thing about Fish Bar is that it has limited supplies of the freshest catches. When it runs out, it’s out, and that’s kinda how we like it. We especially like the trio of sweetcorn, mash, and cream spinach that comes with each dish. Reservations strongly suggested. Luxe décor, menu, and service are served in spades at this power dining spot. Lunch and dinner, they are packed out with smartly dressed parties looking for a fine meal and a little wheeling and dealing. Cherry stone clams often take a backseat to the glorious oyster, but not here, where the large sweet clams shine. Peak Lookout
A Hong Kong treasure, this restaurant almost went out of business a few years ago due to exorbitant rent. But we’re glad they’ve sorted that out now; we’re also appreciative for their excellent raw bar, and its large selection of oysters, clams and lobster.
