Time Out says

Be sure to book your tables before they’re all gone

Grab your gang and visit Honjo to dig into their jazz night dinners ($780 per person). Each month, the modern Japanese restaurant will offer diners a decadent spread created by executive chef Stephan Joubert and his culinary team. What’s more, guests can expect to relax and groove along to soulful tunes performed by live musicians.

Begin your meal with appetisers like Wagyu beef tataki, spicy hamachi with crispy eggplant, and salmon tartare puffs with avocado mousse, before feasting on a chef-selected platter of sushi and sashimi. Share indulgent mains like miso-marinated New Zealand lamb rack or pan-seared sea bass, but don’t forget to leave room for a kuromitsu black sugar syrup cheesecake with candied pineapple and vanilla ice cream. Feel like indulging even more? Honjo’s jazz dinners also allow guests to opt for a two-hour-long free-flow ($398 per person) which includes beverage options like Perrier Jouet Champagne NV, Chivas highballs, draught beers, and even a live sake pouring station. Book your tables for Honjo’s jazz night dinners here.
