Sometimes it is best to eat at the bar, and that is certainly so at this restaurant. The chefs do serve a pan-Japanese menu including sushi, teppanyaki and sukiyaki, among others, but the tempura and kaiseki are the main draws. Go for the set menu as it is the best value and offers the most variety from all its counters. Japanese decorated private rooms are also popular here so book well in advance.
