The culinary master returns for one night only
It's been a busy year for chef Jason Atherton, with a number of international openings to add to his growing stable of retsaurants. He returns to Hong Kong for a very special evening at his Aberdeen Street Social flagship, where he'll be offering foodies his signature take on classic British flavours. The four-course tasting menu, developed in concert with the kitchen's executive chef Chris Whitmore, dishes include raw Orkney sea scallop with pickled kohlrabi, nashi pear, black olive and jalapeño granite, and 70% chocolate marquise with soya roasted pumpkin seeds and a bitter orange and pumpkin sorbet.
