This unassuming eatery nestled behind the flower stalls of Wan Chai's Gresson Street is helmed by chef Tiff Lo, who names the restaurant as an ode to her grandmother. Being trained under such preeminent chefs as Pierre Koffman, Lo serves up a selection of down-to-earth dishes with French sensibility, including oyster and pickled cucumber ($64), steak tartare ($162), duck breast in a spiced honey glaze with carrots ($312). Enjoy these dishes and many more in a cosy, modern style country setting.
