Singaporean restaurant Jom, based on the Malaysian word for ‘come, let’s go!’, offers a menu made up of modernised traditional dishes. This includes small plates for sharing, meat and seafood main course dishes, noodles and a selection of desserts. Highlights include Singaporean hawker centre favourites such as chilli crab (market price), nasi lemak and Hainanese chicken rice (both of which are available in the lunch set ($148), and laksa ($98). The restaurant also has almost 30 homemade sambals on the side to complement the dishes.
