Katana is a hip new kushiyaki bar on Staunton Street that provides guests with endless servings of skewers and tempura dishes. On Katana’s menu, you can find yakitori items like chicken skin ($38), minced chicken with cartilage ($48), chicken oyster ($58), and chicken heart ($38). They also have plenty of kushiyaki items like pork, beef, and vegetables. Other sumptuous items on the menu include a selection of appetisers, tempura, udon, and donburi dishes.
