Green Monday founder David Yeung launches Kind Kitchen – a restaurant and grocery store built around good-for-you eating. The vegan menu features some of the most innovative plant-based ingredients on the market, including Just Scramble’s egg alternative and the meat-free Omnipork. Expect these to be transformed into delicious, globally inspired dishes, ranging from a seasonal vegetable ramen in soymilk to Omnipork bánh mì and tan tan noodles. Another plus?
