Time Out says
This minimally designed shop in Tai Hang stands on some serious culinary credentials. Head chef Yip Chuk Ki has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and now he’s channelling that expertise into his work at Kona. Here, he draws inspiration from traditional Japanese cooking methods. For example, for the signature chicken wings, the chef debones and deep-fries the wings before tossing them on the grill. After they turn golden brown, he sprinkles them with sea salt and pepper. All told, you have the perfect savoury wings.
