Time Out says

Japanese lamb-centric restaurant Mt. Yotei has expanded with the opening of Kyanbasu, a sister restaurant on Gough Street. Unlike its predecessor that specialises in jingisukan (grilled mutton barbeque), this venue serves izakaya-style bites, rotabayaki-style skewers, and dry-aged cuts of meat – each with a strong focus on lamb. Must-orders here include the homemade lamb spring rolls with bearnaise sauce, lamb cha siu with sancho peppercorn sauce, lamb tsukune with yoghurt sauce, and deep-fried bone-in lamb brisket. Not much of a lamb eater? Kyanbasu's menu also offers plenty of alternatives that are just as mouthwatering, including deep-fried dry-aged pigeon wings, otsumami, and all kinds of charcoal-grilled skewers.
