Founded in 2006 by the late chef Joël Robuchon, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong is a staple of fine French dining, having held three Michelin stars for 13 consecutive years (2012–2024). In 2025, the restaurant relocated to a sprawling 18,000-square-foot space on the fourth floor of Landmark. The redesigned venue retains its signature red-and-black aesthetic, featuring an open kitchen surrounded by 32 L-shaped bar seats and a flexible 68-seat dining area, Le Jardin. The space also includes five VIP rooms, a 3,400-bottle wine cellar, and bespoke art installations by designer Tom Wong and Japanese artist Nami Sawada. The menu remains focused on refined, ingredient-driven French cuisine, highlighting signature dishes like caviar and fresh crab with lobster jelly, crayfish wontons with black truffle, and slow-cooked premium beef with foie gras.
