Le Dessert is a French pastry shop founded by Julien de Préaumont and Alexis Watrin. Inspired by a long heritage of French pastry tradition, the founders came together in 2019 to open a pastry shop that aims to bring a modern take on classic French pastry to Hong Kong. Le Dessert’s signature ingredient is meringue which is used in many of its menu offerings. Expect sweets and treats done in traditional techniques combined with contemporary twists.
